Orientation.
Dunno why, but every time I see the word Orientation, it reminds me of oysters -_- and Penang.
Weird.
Anyway, this morning, I was sent to TCPJ by my mom.
I saw lots of different people, and they all looked weird and scary.
And I was really really REALLY shy.
We were led to this big hall called the Annexe Auditorium for some really boring talks, met all our lecturers, and this really short - but pixie-ish - guy named Leroy with a really loud and cute voice took us around campus for a short tour.
He also told us who was evil and who was not.
Example conversation :-
Leroy: D'you see that woman?
All : Uh, yeah...
Leroy: (Waits until the elevator doors close) She's a bitch, don't EVER go near her!!
He even took some of us to see the KTM station, and was really really friendly!
Hoping to see him around campus one day.
Met some friends - Yvonne, Patricia and Pooi Yinn!
Ate lunch - or rather, hung out with them, before going to the multi purpose hall for teamwork games.
We had to repeat everyone's names, yes, all 50 of them, and played lots of friendship-ish games.
We split into teams for this defense game, 10 of us in a team - if I could remember clearly... me, Yvonne, Alisha, Faith, Zaki, Robin, Wei Jin, Ivan, Tash, and this dood named Choon something.
-_-
Tash was the leader, and we named the team Team Bang Bang.
Tash had to stand aside, while the team worked to get the most balls from the main hoola hoop into their own hoola hoop, and protect it from being stolen by the other teams.
Me, Faith and Alisha held down the fort, while Yvonne rolled the purple balls (20 points, and only 5 of them!!!) and green balls (10 of them, worth 10 points) to us, while Wei Jin and Zaki prevented the balls from being stolen mid-roll, and the Choon guy, Ivan and Robin were the ball-snatchers!
The moral of the story is, please take care of your balls. :)
Nevertheless, I had fun, and I am looking forward to meeting more friends!!!!
Now, for some well deserved rest.
Smiles and hugs,
Winnie.
