Fact #1 - i always buy a new notebook for college/school with the resolution to fill it to the brim with anal notetaking and reminders and leave out all doodles, scribbles and other non-college stuff but then i fail after the second week or so.
it's so annoying when i can't be systematic when i want to. i'll usually break the rule when i'm bored out of my mind in class and i have nothing else to do or no one else to bother. sigh.

Fact #2 - i make a phone call to random people in socially awkward situations.
come on, don't tell me you haven't done that before. let's say you're talking to this friend, and this friend's friend that you don't know suddenly comes over and sits down with you guys at a table. then if it isn't weird enough, your friend leaves your table for the bathroom and you don't know what else to say. so, yeah, to save things, i whip out my phone and find some random pal to call up and chat. i am very very very very shy with new people so i usually come off cold and snobbish to new people, i guess :(. i'm not. i'm just shy.

Fact #3 - stuff on bed must be arranged in a certain manner
i get really iffy when the stuff on my bed is moved around. my bolster MUST be on the left side of the bed, my pillow MUST be exactly in the middle of the bed, Brendon the sheep HAS to be sitting opposite Patrick the dog on the right side of the bed and the comforter must be spread out over everything else, if not i won't go to sleep at all. haha i'm really OCD when it comes to sleep. otherwise, my room is just one whole big whirlwind of a mess.

Fact #4 - i unintentionally mess up my hair when i don't know the answer to something/when i'm confused.
i go errrr and then one hand goes up to my head. aodgjoagjoads it's getting really annoying.

Fact #5 - i pray every time we drive past a cemetery.
i don't know, it's been a habit ever since i was little. be it a Muslim, Buddhist or Christian cemetery, i'd clasp my hands together and just offer my apologies for looking at the site as we drive past.

Fact #6 - when i'm taking a shower, i must do things in order.
first, i will wash my hair. then, i will wash my face, then my body. lets say if i accidentally screw up and wash my face first, i have to start all over again. if i don't, i'll feel extremely unclean.

Fact #7 - i used to suck my thumb right up till my early teens.
as a result, my right thumb has a little lump there and is slightly fatter than my left one.

Fact #8 - i hate aquariums.
they make me feel uneasy and extremely claustrophobic. especially if it's a shark-tank like aquarium filled with billions of big fish staring back at me with their huge eyes. *shudders*

Fact #9 - i procrastinate a lot.
when i say i'll do something tomorrow, i'd do it like the week after or probably never at all.

Fact #10 - i read slash and often pair characters up whenever i like a movie/tv-series.
um. yeah. i'm your not-so-average fangirl next door. first there was Ryan/Brendon urie, then Pierre/David, then the whole LOTR business..... and then the rest is history.

Fact #11 - i have the habit of leaving things everywhere at home once i put them down and i usually take ages to hunt for them again when i need them because i've forgotten where i put them.
this is a habit my dad just loves to criticize me on.

Fact #12 - i'm a bad loser.
if you don't think so i am, i just don't show it.

Fact #13 - i get annoyed when people point out my flaws.
as i said, i'm a very bad loser. i'm getting better, though.

Fact #14 - my favorite ever thing to do is just lie on the beach and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
i did that in Redang and i didn't realize i fell asleep on the sand for about like five minutes until someone kicked sand in my face wtf.

Fact #15 - i secretly want to be a girly girl even though i constantly insist i will not be one.
i hate this the most about me :(

here's another unusual tag that i'm quite happy to do. it certainly makes a change from all the overused questions thrown at you time and time again! i love tags that involve creativity, writing and pictures, not just yes and no questions and other personal questions that you really don't know how to answer :D

if you didn't know, i'm a huge superhero freak (ok, granted, if the actors who played the superheroes in the movies weren't hot, i wouldn't like them that much...), especially when it comes to Batman and the new version of Superman Returns (new installment next year! so excited!)!

i can't wait to see The Dark Knight! i didn't know that it's out already. i nearly choked on my Milo this morning when i saw the movie listed in the cinema section in the papers. after the goosebump-inducing trailer i and other moviegoers alike recently had the chance to see, i am definitely not going to miss this movie on the big screen! i didn't catch the first one and i nearly died when i watched it on DVD because it was just so good.

okay i'm not going to go off into a spiel about how amazing Christian Bale's Batman voice is (ohhh that low growl ♥) or how amazing an actor Heath Ledger was as the Joker, so yeah.

i have a very cluttered desktop, no? i'm too lazy to file stuff into their respective folders until the entire desktop gets filled....

Terence would probably have a heart attack. "YOUR DESKTOP'S SO MESSY!" he'd exclaimed, when he was over at my house the last time to try repair my (now dead) ex-computer. oops.

this, ladies and gentlemen (pffft. like any read my blog... *COUGH COUGH COUGH*), is my bag. i got it from Topshop around after Chinese New Year and i bought it with nearly half of my angbao money. the other half was spent on a Panic at the Disco boxset that i will talk about in one of my later posts because Cynthia wants to see what's inside :D. i promised her to do a post about it ages and ages ago! i'm so forgetful.


so this is what's in my bag:

1) that's my bag. i accidentally labeled it. *sheepish smile*

2) my old Student ID and my new Student ID with my thumbdrive attatched to it. i still keep the old one in my bag just in case i forget to bring the new one out so that i still can use it for student discounts at cinemas on weekdays! it recently came in handy a few days ago.

3) my teddy tales pencil box that Joan, Huai, Lynette and Terence bought for me during an outing at One Utama during my birthday about three years ago :) i can't bear to replace it. (pun not intended)

4) my pink SONY camera. it doesn't take clear pictures at all and takes 34729342 seconds to take a picture at concerts. it's almost as if it knows that i'm in a concert and whenever i want to snap a special moment it, it just chooses to lag behind. stupid.

5) a skinny black tie i bought at the college sale Fourskin were having about a couple of months ago. i bought two for RM15 i think. the other one's striped. God knows what's it still doing in my bag.

6) my fake Guess shades i bought at one of those little booths outside Forever 21 in One Utama. the cover's string just came out :(

7) brown Chanel eyeliner i bought in Singapore on New Years' Eve last year. i stuck it in my bag after i used it before going to the Colbie Caillat concert earlier this year and ever since, it's been in there.

8) my Body Shop Watermelon Lip Balm. i got it after wandering around alone in First World, Genting Highlands. they were having a sale, it smelt good, and i was desperately in need of lip gloss. what more did i need?

9) my mini comb. i used to have a large one in my bag too but i think i lost it :(

10) random crumpled receipts/papers/subscription lists i stuffed into my bag at random and forgot to pull out. i think when i (eventually) stuff all my stuff back into my bag, i'm going to leave them out.

11) my Billabong wallet i got at Metrojaya at the last sale. after not using a wallet for so long (i think Jason and Geoff can attest to this lol), it's funny how i can never go anywhere without it now.

12) lastly, a necklace i bought from Cats' Whiskers, Bangsar, during that time we were supposed to collect dresses from Showpink a few weeks before The Pink Thing! it's rusty now because the gold plated coating wore off :(

aaaand i'm supposed to tag some people, but i guess i'm too lazy to, but please do this if you want to - i'll be interested to read it :D

1. Have you been trying to avoid something or someone?
i have (unfortunately) been trying to avoid my current sickness; dizziness, but unfortunately i still AM dizzy.

during my last visit to my family doctor eight days ago, he told me that it was just mere lack of sleep, but i have been getting sufficient sleep for the past two weeks to try cure this stupid sickness but i'm still having it.

i am, frankly, sick of seeing the world move. i want it to stay still.

2. Where will you go if someone sponsors you a tour ticket?
hmm, that's a tough question. i'd like to go to several places... but right now i'd be content with somewhere exotic with a beach, like Bali.

heck, i'd be happy if i'd get to live in Bali all my life.

... with an internet connection, of course.

3. Whats your favourite thing to do?
lie on the beach/in a hammock by the beach and read or just fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

i fell asleep by accident in Redang on a hammock and i woke up grumpy and sunburned, but it was amazing and i felt so relaxed.

4.Do you think money can buy happiness?
no.

the dream i had the other day about me having a hotel room next to Ben Romans and ...

we were at this hotel and my room was next to bromz. idk what happened then i ended up in bromz's room (he was rooming w/ kyle i think) and then i ended up crying about shit and he was comforting me and i remember him hugging me n then i 'fell asleep'

next day we came across him in the hallway and then i waved at him and he ignored me and he talked to 'sum bitch' ~will tell you later~ and so i cried about him not talkin to me?

we followed him and kyle down outside to the tourbus where dave and a few roadies were lining up a few boxes of sweets wtf and so i grabbed one packet n started eating the dough sweets - bromz didnt want one when i offered him Frowner ethan took the whole bag from leeyee and leeyee was happy about it? and then the two of you went off dancing at sum ball while i went to the bar xD

then somehow leeyee was at the bar too and we were there cos bromz was inside. then he came out all drunk and we were drinking tequila shots together and i actually beat him at a shot game xD

then next day he had to leave, he came up to me and apologized and he hugged me goodbye and i ended up crying again because he was gone @#%@#%@e

then my dream shifted to this stupid giant stomping thru a village because of the fucktard next door and his stupid piling machine at 11 in the morning >.>

sorry if anyone can't understand this because it's peppered with too much netspeak and/or acronyms. it's just the way i talk nowadays. chatgasm ftw. (i'm sorry if you can't understand that either.)

well, give me a free stay at one of the hotel(s) in Redang and give me unlimited buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner access and i CAN survive without money :)

probably my dad. he's worked so hard to feed and support an entire family. he's sixty years old and he's still working. he should be retired by now, but yeah he's still hanging on. plus that bypass operation... man. dad, you're my hero, and i love you.

probably .. Bao and then Cait, because we could roleplay Simple Plan to our hearts' content till we die, dehydrated on the island.

Bali. right now. sand, sun, culture and the sea. aaah.

for ... everything to be the way it was. everything's just so awkward now.

the fact that i'm living under a roof and i'm lucky to have good parents who support most of my decisions and that there's food on the table for me.

well, i once trashed my form 2 classroom (with two other people - i won't disclose who are they but i wonder if they remember...), ripping apart unwanted textbooks and notebooks and flinging them all over the place, watching with glee as hundreds of pages floated to the wet floor (we had a mini water fight just before).

1. What did you do in 2007 that you’d never done before?
Visit a place that i've never visited before, go to a dance, drink wine, go to college, wear contacts, and a billion other things that i'm too lazy to remember.

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I never really make any. I just go with the flow, really. As someone once sang (if i'm not mistaken, it was Julie whatsername in The Sound Of Music), "What will be will be."

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes, my cousin Khing. I haven't seen her or her baby yet since the delivery, but i'm sure both of them are fine.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, thank God.

5. What countries did you visit?
Singapore, early in the year, and a few others that I can't really remember. Maybe it's all that wine....

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
Better writing and designing skills. A healthier and skinnier physique. More money ;). A DSLR camera. TO ACTUALLY MEET THE CLICK FIVE. And Panic!. And Simple Plan. More concerts, more hoodies, and most importantly, to learn how to love.

7. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The few minutes before it struck midnight today. We were running up and down the stairs in Terence's house, waiting for midnight. And we shouted as loud as we could on the balcony overlooking most of PJ, probably and hopefully waking most of Terence's neighbours. The day I entered college. The first of January, which was spent in Singapore with my cousins, running around in hotel slippers and wishing random people a Happy New Year. 7th (or was it 8th) of November. The Click Five concert. Oh, and the day Ben came into the chatroom, of course ;)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Actually entering college. And that's about it.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Missing FIVE whole concerts. Muse, Good Charlotte, My Chemical Romance, Gwen Stefani and the Black Eyed Peas. Dammit.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Well I don't really get sick. Or injure myself, so i'm good.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Well, my iPod?

Uh. I don't know?! Can't really think now, thanks to the alcohol.

- The printout of the first stories I ever wrote. Looking back at them now, I sounded so naive and lost in my own little world. Still, I love reading them now and again.

1) I am the worst procrastinator ever.

2) I tend to wonder about random stuff like, at this very second, how many people must be dying? Or how many babies will be born?

3) You know those little saucer plates filled with soy sauce at chinese restaurants at lunch/dinner? I fill them with soy sauce mixed with garlic & i nibble at the garlic all night long, sometimes neglecting dinner itself.

4) Ever since Dara told me her story about the ghost in her bed thing, I always look right and then left to make sure no one's there beside me before settling in and going to sleep.

7) I cried when a kangaroo peed on my foot when I was four.

8) I wake up in the middle of the night at least one night a week, and peer out my window for an hour in the dark to see if anyone is outside because of a tiny little sound I heard.

Just came back from... coming back from college.

We nearly got lost in Shah Alam because mom wanted to find her way to PKNS and blamed us for not telling her which way it was when both of us can't drive at all and we never ever go to Shah Alam. So true, what we learnt the other day in Social Psychology. People will always put the blame on other people instead of blaming themselves. See? There's the proof. :D

Fact #1 - i always buy a new notebook for college/school with the resolution to fill it to the brim with anal notetaking and reminders and leave out all doodles, scribbles and other non-college stuff but then i fail after the second week or so.
it's so annoying when i can't be systematic when i want to. i'll usually break the rule when i'm bored out of my mind in class and i have nothing else to do or no one else to bother. sigh.

Fact #2 - i make a phone call to random people in socially awkward situations.
come on, don't tell me you haven't done that before. let's say you're talking to this friend, and this friend's friend that you don't know suddenly comes over and sits down with you guys at a table. then if it isn't weird enough, your friend leaves your table for the bathroom and you don't know what else to say. so, yeah, to save things, i whip out my phone and find some random pal to call up and chat. i am very very very very shy with new people so i usually come off cold and snobbish to new people, i guess :(. i'm not. i'm just shy.

Fact #3 - stuff on bed must be arranged in a certain manner
i get really iffy when the stuff on my bed is moved around. my bolster MUST be on the left side of the bed, my pillow MUST be exactly in the middle of the bed, Brendon the sheep HAS to be sitting opposite Patrick the dog on the right side of the bed and the comforter must be spread out over everything else, if not i won't go to sleep at all. haha i'm really OCD when it comes to sleep. otherwise, my room is just one whole big whirlwind of a mess.

Fact #4 - i unintentionally mess up my hair when i don't know the answer to something/when i'm confused.
i go errrr and then one hand goes up to my head. aodgjoagjoads it's getting really annoying.

Fact #5 - i pray every time we drive past a cemetery.
i don't know, it's been a habit ever since i was little. be it a Muslim, Buddhist or Christian cemetery, i'd clasp my hands together and just offer my apologies for looking at the site as we drive past.

Fact #6 - when i'm taking a shower, i must do things in order.
first, i will wash my hair. then, i will wash my face, then my body. lets say if i accidentally screw up and wash my face first, i have to start all over again. if i don't, i'll feel extremely unclean.

Fact #7 - i used to suck my thumb right up till my early teens.
as a result, my right thumb has a little lump there and is slightly fatter than my left one.

Fact #8 - i hate aquariums.
they make me feel uneasy and extremely claustrophobic. especially if it's a shark-tank like aquarium filled with billions of big fish staring back at me with their huge eyes. *shudders*

Fact #9 - i procrastinate a lot.
when i say i'll do something tomorrow, i'd do it like the week after or probably never at all.

Fact #10 - i read slash and often pair characters up whenever i like a movie/tv-series.
um. yeah. i'm your not-so-average fangirl next door. first there was Ryan/Brendon urie, then Pierre/David, then the whole LOTR business..... and then the rest is history.

Fact #11 - i have the habit of leaving things everywhere at home once i put them down and i usually take ages to hunt for them again when i need them because i've forgotten where i put them.
this is a habit my dad just loves to criticize me on.

Fact #12 - i'm a bad loser.
if you don't think so i am, i just don't show it.

Fact #13 - i get annoyed when people point out my flaws.
as i said, i'm a very bad loser. i'm getting better, though.

Fact #14 - my favorite ever thing to do is just lie on the beach and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
i did that in Redang and i didn't realize i fell asleep on the sand for about like five minutes until someone kicked sand in my face wtf.

Fact #15 - i secretly want to be a girly girl even though i constantly insist i will not be one.
i hate this the most about me :(

if you didn't know, i'm a huge superhero freak (ok, granted, if the actors who played the superheroes in the movies weren't hot, i wouldn't like them that much...), especially when it comes to Batman and the new version of Superman Returns (new installment next year! so excited!)!

i can't wait to see The Dark Knight! i didn't know that it's out already. i nearly choked on my Milo this morning when i saw the movie listed in the cinema section in the papers. after the goosebump-inducing trailer i and other moviegoers alike recently had the chance to see, i am definitely not going to miss this movie on the big screen! i didn't catch the first one and i nearly died when i watched it on DVD because it was just so good.

okay i'm not going to go off into a spiel about how amazing Christian Bale's Batman voice is (ohhh that low growl ♥) or how amazing an actor Heath Ledger was as the Joker, so yeah.

i have a very cluttered desktop, no? i'm too lazy to file stuff into their respective folders until the entire desktop gets filled....

Terence would probably have a heart attack. "YOUR DESKTOP'S SO MESSY!" he'd exclaimed, when he was over at my house the last time to try repair my (now dead) ex-computer. oops.

this, ladies and gentlemen (pffft. like any read my blog... *COUGH COUGH COUGH*), is my bag. i got it from Topshop around after Chinese New Year and i bought it with nearly half of my angbao money. the other half was spent on a Panic at the Disco boxset that i will talk about in one of my later posts because Cynthia wants to see what's inside :D. i promised her to do a post about it ages and ages ago! i'm so forgetful.


so this is what's in my bag:

1) that's my bag. i accidentally labeled it. *sheepish smile*

2) my old Student ID and my new Student ID with my thumbdrive attatched to it. i still keep the old one in my bag just in case i forget to bring the new one out so that i still can use it for student discounts at cinemas on weekdays! it recently came in handy a few days ago.

3) my teddy tales pencil box that Joan, Huai, Lynette and Terence bought for me during an outing at One Utama during my birthday about three years ago :) i can't bear to replace it. (pun not intended)

4) my pink SONY camera. it doesn't take clear pictures at all and takes 34729342 seconds to take a picture at concerts. it's almost as if it knows that i'm in a concert and whenever i want to snap a special moment it, it just chooses to lag behind. stupid.

5) a skinny black tie i bought at the college sale Fourskin were having about a couple of months ago. i bought two for RM15 i think. the other one's striped. God knows what's it still doing in my bag.

6) my fake Guess shades i bought at one of those little booths outside Forever 21 in One Utama. the cover's string just came out :(

7) brown Chanel eyeliner i bought in Singapore on New Years' Eve last year. i stuck it in my bag after i used it before going to the Colbie Caillat concert earlier this year and ever since, it's been in there.

8) my Body Shop Watermelon Lip Balm. i got it after wandering around alone in First World, Genting Highlands. they were having a sale, it smelt good, and i was desperately in need of lip gloss. what more did i need?

9) my mini comb. i used to have a large one in my bag too but i think i lost it :(

10) random crumpled receipts/papers/subscription lists i stuffed into my bag at random and forgot to pull out. i think when i (eventually) stuff all my stuff back into my bag, i'm going to leave them out.

11) my Billabong wallet i got at Metrojaya at the last sale. after not using a wallet for so long (i think Jason and Geoff can attest to this lol), it's funny how i can never go anywhere without it now.

12) lastly, a necklace i bought from Cats' Whiskers, Bangsar, during that time we were supposed to collect dresses from Showpink a few weeks before The Pink Thing! it's rusty now because the gold plated coating wore off :(

i have (unfortunately) been trying to avoid my current sickness; dizziness, but unfortunately i still AM dizzy.

during my last visit to my family doctor eight days ago, he told me that it was just mere lack of sleep, but i have been getting sufficient sleep for the past two weeks to try cure this stupid sickness but i'm still having it.

i am, frankly, sick of seeing the world move. i want it to stay still.

2. Where will you go if someone sponsors you a tour ticket?
hmm, that's a tough question. i'd like to go to several places... but right now i'd be content with somewhere exotic with a beach, like Bali.

heck, i'd be happy if i'd get to live in Bali all my life.

3. Whats your favourite thing to do?
lie on the beach/in a hammock by the beach and read or just fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

i fell asleep by accident in Redang on a hammock and i woke up grumpy and sunburned, but it was amazing and i felt so relaxed.

next day we came across him in the hallway and then i waved at him and he ignored me and he talked to 'sum bitch' ~will tell you later~ and so i cried about him not talkin to me?

we followed him and kyle down outside to the tourbus where dave and a few roadies were lining up a few boxes of sweets wtf and so i grabbed one packet n started eating the dough sweets - bromz didnt want one when i offered him Frowner ethan took the whole bag from leeyee and leeyee was happy about it? and then the two of you went off dancing at sum ball while i went to the bar xD

then somehow leeyee was at the bar too and we were there cos bromz was inside. then he came out all drunk and we were drinking tequila shots together and i actually beat him at a shot game xD

then next day he had to leave, he came up to me and apologized and he hugged me goodbye and i ended up crying again because he was gone @#%@#%@e

then my dream shifted to this stupid giant stomping thru a village because of the fucktard next door and his stupid piling machine at 11 in the morning >.>

sorry if anyone can't understand this because it's peppered with too much netspeak and/or acronyms. it's just the way i talk nowadays. chatgasm ftw. (i'm sorry if you can't understand that either.)

probably my dad. he's worked so hard to feed and support an entire family. he's sixty years old and he's still working. he should be retired by now, but yeah he's still hanging on. plus that bypass operation... man. dad, you're my hero, and i love you.

1. What did you do in 2007 that you’d never done before?
Visit a place that i've never visited before, go to a dance, drink wine, go to college, wear contacts, and a billion other things that i'm too lazy to remember.

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I never really make any. I just go with the flow, really. As someone once sang (if i'm not mistaken, it was Julie whatsername in The Sound Of Music), "What will be will be."

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes, my cousin Khing. I haven't seen her or her baby yet since the delivery, but i'm sure both of them are fine.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, thank God.

5. What countries did you visit?
Singapore, early in the year, and a few others that I can't really remember. Maybe it's all that wine....

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
Better writing and designing skills. A healthier and skinnier physique. More money ;). A DSLR camera. TO ACTUALLY MEET THE CLICK FIVE. And Panic!. And Simple Plan. More concerts, more hoodies, and most importantly, to learn how to love.

7. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The few minutes before it struck midnight today. We were running up and down the stairs in Terence's house, waiting for midnight. And we shouted as loud as we could on the balcony overlooking most of PJ, probably and hopefully waking most of Terence's neighbours. The day I entered college. The first of January, which was spent in Singapore with my cousins, running around in hotel slippers and wishing random people a Happy New Year. 7th (or was it 8th) of November. The Click Five concert. Oh, and the day Ben came into the chatroom, of course ;)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Actually entering college. And that's about it.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Missing FIVE whole concerts. Muse, Good Charlotte, My Chemical Romance, Gwen Stefani and the Black Eyed Peas. Dammit.

Well I don't really get sick. Or injure myself, so i'm good.

Well, my iPod?

1) I am the worst procrastinator ever.

2) I tend to wonder about random stuff like, at this very second, how many people must be dying? Or how many babies will be born?

Just came back from... coming back from college.

We nearly got lost in Shah Alam because mom wanted to find her way to PKNS and blamed us for not telling her which way it was when both of us can't drive at all and we never ever go to Shah Alam. So true, what we learnt the other day in Social Psychology. People will always put the blame on other people instead of blaming themselves. See? There's the proof. :D
