Welcome! You've stumbled upon the page of an almost-nineteen year old that's currently undergoing one of her "Who Am I? What Am I Doing Here?" phases. She also happens to have a huge love for words, bright pictures and music, and constantly craves sweet, iced tea drinks. Buy her a cuppa, perhaps? refresh? || email || facebook

oh wait..
so this is totally temporary until i tweak the codes around a little more and scrape Avril Lavigne permanently off the header, though i do, oddly, like this current picture of her, when my usual reaction to a Lavigne picture would be to scrunch up my nose in disgust and go "what the fuck is that color in her hair?"
totally tolerable, in my humble opinion, but my page needs something more... droolworthy ;) a high definition pic of Tim Foreman, maybe?
mm, i wonder.
too bad P's house doesn't have Photoshop. i'd be coloring up a storm by now.
ooh... look what i found... a shirtless Tim Foreman to close this post with ;)
Elmo was my favorite Sesame Street character. just so you know.
other stuff i have to do: - watch the rest of Bones Season 3 - finish watching this week's TAI TV - catch up on new eps of ANTM - get around to reading September's Vogue/Nylon magazine (both are lying on my table, untouched) - catch up on three weeks' worth of Ryden/swimmer/SP/other slash - finish writing The Man Who Can't Be Moved and Brendon-centric drabble**
we've been conditioned to not make mistakes - but i can't live that way.
bent back
i'm in no mood to talk about how my day(s) is/are. it's all so blah, so mundane. i'm running on clockwork. constant rejection. pain. speech. communication. silent torture. little wonders. envious stares. daydreams. improvement. determination. sadness.
i'll miss you Caitlin :(
i swear i'm going to go over one day and we'll to to a Simple Plan show together with the Clique. just like we said we would. pinky swear.
if i'm free this weekend, i'll write about food and the Panic at the Disco concert i went to a couple of weeks back!
see y'all later. (Blogger is being a bitch at the moment - it's lagging my typing - i'd type then it all will come out in one burst after a long pause. so annoying!)
- i barely got a wink of sleep last night. i woke up feeling as dizzy as shit, my head was also spinning and i couldn't walk straight, but somehow it all got better later in the day.
- we had our very first writing exercise in class today. we had to write/edit news intros and then Miss Gayatri would correct our work. t'was fun! i actually enjoyed doing work for once. ha. very proud of myself.
- read a few Ryden NC-17 fics in Miss. Jenny's tutorial (every time i type her name, i want to burst out in song, goddamnit. tahan. tahan). i bet the boys who sat behind me were scarred for life, because the font size was massive and they could probably read what i was reading easily. oh well.
- BURGER KING! the man who invented the BK Doubles Black Pepper burger deserves the Nobel Prize, thank you very much. and fuck, their fries are amazing. sorry, McD's, your ass just got pwned.
- MILO PENG! :D thank you Lucky Valentine.
- LOST PROPHETS! go listen go listen go listen GO LISTEN. they. are. motherfucking. awesome. i'm referring to their most recent album called Liberation Transmission, though the rest of their albums are just as awesome as well. it's been on repeat since this afternoon (on my iPod and at home) and i'm still not sick of it. don't think i ever will be anytime soon.
- brother says i look good in purplish pink. ironic, really, because i feel so ugly in purplish pink. go figure.
floating flocks of candled swans slowly drift across wax ponds.
i'm a locked up box and no one can open it save for the certain few with the correct set of keys hanging around their necks. will i always be like this?
when do i learn?

musings aside, i am deeply disgusted by news of constant acts of pedophilia by people that cannot be anything other than sick in the head.
thank you, news.com.au. it beats StarOnline by miles - very informative with odd stories of bizarre happenings regularly thrown into the mix.
so it's 2.54 am and my body is showing no signs of sleepiness or fatigue, as usual. guess i'm going to have to force myself to sleep in a little while. (which means lying on my bed for approximately two to three hours before i drift off to a light slumber due to boredom.)
oh yeah, i have news: i got through to the second round of the competition :D
to the people who have voted for me before: beep me. i have huge news. (if you haven't read the mass email i sent out already~)
k i think i'm going to do that force-myself-to-sleep thing now.
weird, since i have spent the past nights listening to John Mayer and new PATD on repeat (no kidding).
but nooo not tonight. tonight it's Flo Rida. particularly hooked on Elevator.
i spent today on the computer (again) fangirling about Travis Clark, lead singer of We The Kings, thanks to Ross (who's a friend from Australia who's currently in Holland, the lucky shit!) who sent me a video link. amazing band by the way, check them out here, especially if you like bands like Boys like Girls and The All-American Rejects and other punk rock bands like that.
drew, hunter, travis & dan dan (no i'm not trying to be cute. that's what his nickname is.)
some of you might have heard Hitz play their second single 'Check Yes Juliet' before. it's really catchy sounding("run baby run, don't ever look baaack~"). i threw a fit in the car when i heard it because it's my favorite song off their album and i was afraid Hitz would ruin it for me like it always does, but strangely they haven't been playing the song much. so yay!
it's 3.50 now. really have to stop this trend of updating my blog in the wee hours of the morning.
anyway, before i sign off (it's 4.11 now. i zoned out for a moment.), i will annoy all of you again with this:
i'm not in the mood to really write lately. i'm even lazy to write full blogposts or even full, coherent sentences like i used to do so long ago. :(
idol has finished, Cookie won, YAY. lots of flyboy slash to read/write, lots of books to be read, lots of presentations to prepare and assignments to do...
... you can sort of tell that i'm not in the mood, can't you?
*shrugs and skips to pictures*
i swear i'm happiest in dressing rooms. :)
twloha week.
i sort of forgot about it this morning and then i hastily drew this on in CCS class while we were *supposed* to be concentrating on this boring movie that Mr.Anubhav was playing.
"this has to be the nerdiest movie ever," i declared dryly, working on the letter O on my arm.
apparently Mr. Anubhav heard what i said and looked at me.
oops :P
and -- oh yeah. did i ever mention that Michael Johns and David Cook are the sexiest men alive right now?
i can't seem to stop listening to Michael Johns' "It's All Wrong But It's All Right"
it rings in my ears when i'm in class, when i'm daydreaming, when i'm staring out the window, it sends shivers down my spine whenever i listen to it on my iPod.
i can barely remember the last time i did. it was when i was in standard two or three, and we were asked to bring potatoes and a blade to school so that we could cut them into portions to understand the subject of fractions better. you know, half a potato, one fourth of a potato, one tenth of a potato and so on. once we cut them, we had to dip the potato in stamp ink and stamp them onto our maths books and write down the fraction in clear numbers beside it.
i remember being so enthusiastic about the thought of a practical lesson that i insisted on working on the potatoes myself instead of letting my maths teacher help me. yeah, i was a learner, at age eight. a little rebellious and stubborn (okay. make that very stubborn), even then, but i wanted to learn all the same. the blade that i had was short, about the length of my middle finger now, when outstretched. it was just right for my little hand to hold. it was red, with the words Snoopy and friends printed on the little handle. fuck -- i just hit my right finger hard on a key when i wasn't supposed to and it hurts like a bitch. so i was concentrated on the potato so much that i accidentally pressed my second finger to the blade - and i started bleeding all over my maths book. it hurt like a bitch, too - i had to be sent to the staff room for a plaster.
this time, it was a Sprite can. i cracked it open like how i usually do - third finger on the tab, thumb bent on the top of the can. once the can was open, i looked down and noticed that my finger was bleeding. i didn't even feel pain at all.
until the bleeding stopped, that is. now it hurts like a bitch.
boohoo :(
p/s: im still peeling. as in my skin. bahh my arm looks diseased :(
"Eh Winnie you know ah today my school got shootout you know!" "Stupid, don't lie." "Whaaat don't lie? Really one!" -ignores- "Haaaahahahahaha May foooooooool *laughs*"

+ my favorite song this week: Beat It - Fall Out Boy ft. John Mayer. fucking awesome song. it makes me just want to headbang along and play air guitar. and hell, never in a million years have i guessed that John Mayer would do a collaboration with the p33n and his bandmembers. nope. never.
+ second favorite song: Dance Like There's No Tomorrow - Paula Abdul. hahaha. never knew she could sing at all but the song's pretty good. very dancey.
+ you made us worry for 10 whole hours. did you even care that i was waiting here all this while for you to actually call? or did you forget about me?
+ you're such a slut. i barely know you, sure, and you think you're all that with your friends who are just. like. you. well, whatever. i refuse to get to know you, and i probably never will. good for me.
+ i was craving ice cream the whole day today. not just any ice cream. McDonalds vanilla ice cream in a cup. still craving it :(
+ i don't need your stupid sympathy.
+ i can't believe you're twenty one and you like someone that's seventeen years old. hello, have you ever heard of the word pedophile? and jeez, for seventeen, the kid looks FOURTEEN.
+ COOKIE COOKIE COOKIE STARTS WITH C! :D (hahah inside joke i share with Monee :D)

I seem to want something new every month. I thank Theodore, my alter-ego for this. He's such a spendthrift. *rolls eyes*
Who is Theodore, you ask?
Well, Theodore. He's a twenty-something gay Christmas elf, one of Santa's helpers, with a weird liking for the color green and Maybelline eyeliner (and Ben Romans, but you don't need to know this).
Don't get who i'm talking about?
Watch this.
Anyway, speaking about my wants - i'm currently lusting after :
1) A pair of white classic Chuck Taylors
I can't fit into my new ones anymore. BOTH OF THEM. Ugh, I want to cry. They're both girls' size sixes and they're very very tight - they give me blisters every time I put them on. And they're only like, five months old. I might sell them off/give them away - one of them is made of black leather, and the other is black canvas with purple lining. Both are Chuck Taylors and are in good condition; there are some mudstains on the white portion of the leather one, but that can easily come off with a bit of water and a washcloth. Anyone interested? Leave a message on my tagboard OR if you personally know me, give me a call.
Anyway, I want these in white - it's going to be a helluva pain in the ass to clean em - because they can easily match anything that I wear, AND they look classy at the same time.
I just might pick 'em up tomorrow. I can't wear flip-flops to college forever, can I?
They look exactly like sneakers but they're flats. Perfect for shorts/those times when i'm lazy to lace up - not that I don't love my Chuck Taylors ;)
3) Skinny jeans
I'm still looking for a pair that offers that grungy I-just-went-to-a-rock-show look and yet can fit my butt and my thunder thighs. The two that I currently own have been washed and worn to death. I'm surprised there aren't any holes in them yet.
Sadly they don't deliver to Malaysia, (although there's always the possibility of sending it over to Hoi/the cahzens in Australia...) and they have only size S left.
... Damn those Americans.
Ugh.
Not that I have anything against them, but still.
Ugh.

Aren't they all so pretty?
:(
Aren't they?
I wish I had a money tree. I wish I did. :(
Anyway, sulking aside, tomorrow's the first day of classes - I can't wait to see what they're like and what group I am in. I hope i'm with fun people.
I'm getting very, very lazy to write full blogposts lately, and one part of me wants to abandon this blog of mine, but the other keeps me from doing it.
Even now as I type this i'm getting lazier and lazier and I just have this urge to cut this post in half and do something else.
Why in the world was I born with an attention span the size of a peanut?
Today on the way back from university (God it's so weird calling college that), I was calmly looking out the window, thinking of all the things i'd be doing when I was at home (I was planning my Chuck/Sebastien smut slash piece *big wet eyes*) when I heard Natalie yell, voice laced with seemingly-real-but-false enthusiasm, "WANT TICKETS TO THE SUNBURST FESTIVAL? THERE'S GONNA BE SEAN KINGSTON, MAROON FIVE, COLBIE CAILLAT, INCUBUS AND MANY MANY MORE!!! STAY TUNED!"
I sat up so fast my head nearly hit the mirror hanging overhead. MAROON FIVE?!?!!?!? THEY'RE COMING!?!??!
Once I got back home I tried to search for any evidence but even the schedule on www.sunburstkl.com.my shows no sign that Maroon Five OR Colbie Caillat are playing. (Personally, I think Sean Kingston can take his Jamaican ass back to the US of A.) Gah, it drove me NUTS.
BONKERS.
And then when I dug some more, I found out that on March 15th, which is the day the festival is going to be held, Maroon 5 are going to be in JAPAN. JAPAN.
WHY ADAM, WHYYYY?!
PLEASE ADAM, PLEASEEEE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SMEXY ASS, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEAAASE DITCH JAPAN AND COME HERE!!!!
